Refund policy
Wallpaper: Since all of our wallpapers are custom printed and made-to-order, returns are not accepted.
All Other Items: We will accept any unopened, unused items if returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging.
All items must be unused in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return.
If you'd like to start a return, send us an email at hello@ayarahome.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. We will respond within 2-4 business days to let you know if your item is eligible for a return. Please note that there is a flat-rate return charge of $5 for return shipping. Any items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item in your order so we can make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items like wallpaper are custom printed and cannot be returned. Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards and all sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the products you want before they sell out, we advise you to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for any new items.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and will notify you within 2-4 business days if the return is accepted and the refund is approved. Any approved returns will be refunded using your original payment method, less the $5 return fee. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.
